Welcome to Camp Linyanti
Camp Linyanti is located deep in the north-western corner of the Chobe National Park, on the river-border between Botswana and Namibia. One of the celebrated features of this camp is its private location, its own wilderness situated away from the seasonal crowds of the Chobe River.
To access the reaching floodplains of the Linyanti, guests will be flown to the local airstrip about 90 minutes' to 2 hours' drive from Camp Linyanti. Saile airstrip is located in Chobe National Park and receives light air transfers from both Kasane and Maun airports, which are 40-50 minute flights away.
At Saile airstrip, guests will meet with a representative from Camp Linyanti who will then drive them to last leg to the camp itself. This drive will be nothing short of enjoyable as it traverses through the Chobe National Park and into the Linyanti on roads that wind their way through wildlife territory.

Camp Linyanti should be visited by anyone passionate about raw Africa and favours safari quality over luxury accommodation. This uncrowded north-western corner of Chobe National Park is a water wonderland and appeals to visitors eager to get involved with boating activities, as well as game drives. There is only accommodation for 10 people in rustic, ensuite tents, including one tent that is romantically kitted out for a honeymoon couple, so this is a camp for visitors who prefer privacy. Camp Linyanti/Lenyanti is in a pristine wildlife area within the top most North corner of the Chobe National Park, on the banks of the Linyanti River. This undisturbed ‘newly’ explored area is truly different to both the rest of the Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta and should be included in every Botswana safari itinerary so that travelers have a more complete and varied experience of the country’s different wildlife areas.
