Welcome to Kwando Lebala Camp Botswana.
Lebala means wide open spaces in Setswana and the scenery is dominated
by vast plains with scattered palms and tree clumps backed by wooded savannas.
The Lebala Camp is situated 30 Kms South of lagoon Camp, infront of Linyanti
wetlands, with the casual elegance and luxury of the camp itself contrasted
on this wild expanse.

Accommodation at Lebala Camp Chobe Park
There are eight unique tents for this camp, each built on a raised deck,
which is laid down for maximum comfort and privacy in mind of the visitors.
The tents have writing and reading area, well-equipped en-suite rooms,
Victorian claw foot bath tubs and wash basins.
The bathrooms have cold and hot running water powered through LP gas when
hot water is demanded and enclosed open air shower.
The West and South of Lebala is scattered with open grassland with Llala
palms. The flowing Kwando River in the South perennial disappears in the
vast marshes then it emerges as the Linyanti River, which flows in the
far North Eastern direction.
Mamili National Park is situated by this change of direction formed in
Namibia triangle.
The secluded tent has its own sun deck each behind the trees. The continuous
flow of large visitors from windows and decks along the vast plains makes
Lebala one of the most finest wilderness camps in Africa.
Around Lebala wetlands and flood plain, one can view a number of wildlife
such as hippo, zebra, elephant, lechwe, buffalo, kudu, wildebeest, impala
and the sable. Among the predators include; lion, hyena, wild dog and
cheetah.
