tsessebe, roan, sable, wildebeest, kudu, buffalo, waterbuck, warthog,
eland and accompanying predators including lion, hyena, jackal, bat-eared
fox and possibly even cheetah and wild dog.
Sundowners Cruise
Very few people travel to Victoria Falls without taking at least the famous
sundowner cruise down the Zambezi River. What better way to view wildlife,
including numerous bird species, than drifting slowly down a side channel,
the silence broken only by bird calls. From the boat, it is possible to
see herds of mighty elephant, giraffe, hippo and other wild animals returning
to the Chobe River to quench their thirst.
Sightseeing cruise to Sedudu island
No trip to Chobe would be complete without a including a leisurely sightseeing
cruise to Sedudu Island. Sedudu Island, as it is known to the people of
Botswana, is submerged by floods for several months of the year. Sedudu
Island is a perfect venue from which to marvel at the magnificent African
sunset, whilst enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. The sun downer
river cruise is a MUST for viewing and photographic opportunities.

Tiger Fish (Hydrocynus vittatus) which is considered by many as the top
freshwater game fish in the world. For a thrilling experience you can
try you hand at fishing for this famed tiger fish, which inhabit the Chobe
River. If you are looking to add another story to the list of "those

Day tips to Victoria Falls
This is the wildest white water on the planet and the actual experience
surpasses this analogy. White Water Rafting on the Zambezi
River below the Victoria Falls has been classified by the British Canoe
Union as Grade 5 - "extremely difficult, long and violent rapids,
steep gradients, big drops and pressure areas". The Zambezi River
is classified as a high volume; pool-drop river as there is little exposed
rock either in the rapid or the pools below the rapids.
Experience a pure adrenaline rush as you face one of Africa’s top
tourist attractions. Scream your lungs out as you plummet 111 metres down
into the Batoka gorge. The bungee jump operates off the
Victoria Falls Bridge. With over 50,000 people having committed themselves
to the thrill of jumping off of this bridge, there is still a 100% safety
record. Challenge the limits of the mind by leaping off of this impressive
bridge.
And when not out and about visiting the many attractions in the area our
swimming pool is an ideal refuge. Golfers too are catered for with a golf
course in close proximity to the lodge.
