Discovery Bed and Breakfast Maun Botswana

Discovery Bed and Breakfast is a very nice, rather small (peaceful/ private) accommodation facility in Maun, Botswana.

You find us along the road from Maun towards Shorobe, about 20 minutes drive from the Maun Airport. Discovery Bed and Breakfast is an ideal stopover! Discovery Bed & Breakfast is signposted through yellow/black signs with a traditional hut.

Discovery Bed and Breakfast has in total 9 thatched huts (traditional) to accommodate 18 people. The huts are tastefully decorated in African/ Botswana patterns.
The 5 standard huts have a toilet, double bed, hand washing basin, a table + chair, wardrobe and electricity in the rooms.

The 3 luxury huts have the shower and toilet en-suite and all the other facilities as mentioned above. The family luxury hut has the same facilities as the luxury hut and an extra bunk bed (2 single beds above each other). The huts are placed in a special setting to resemble a traditional small village and are surrounded with a nice, quiet and homely garden.

Accommodation at Discovery Bed and Breakfast Maun

The 9 chalets are traditional and very colourful designed, but to meet your needs upgraded to comfortable and affordable accommodation.

The 9 chalets are all equipped with; a queen-size bed or 2 single beds next to each other (with mosquito net), small table and chairs, toilet and washing basin. The standard chalets have a communial shower under the stars, the luxury chalets have a shower en-suite.

The rooms all have running water, light and electricity facilities. The chalets can be booked as a single or double room. The chalets, reception and shower units border a tranquil (peaceful, lovely) garden. So we invite you to come and join us in an African experience at our B&B.
