Kang is a village of the Kgalagadi District of Botswana.
It is situated in the Kalahari Desert and lies on the Trans-Kalahari Highway
between Ghanzi in the north and Sekoma in the south. Kang has become an
important stop for tourist, execially since it is a comfortable driving
distance from South Africa.

resort for Trans Kgalagadi road travelers and tourists between South
East Botswana, South Africa through Ghanzi on to Namibia. The grass
thatched buildings were designed to be specifically cooler in the
hot summer months of the Kgalagadi Desert. The road to Kang is an
all weather bitumen standard and is accessible to all vehicles.
